The Projects is for the Construction of a Two Storey Office Block for the Embassy, a Visa Section and Single Storey Housing Buildings including a Technical Building, Waste Treatment Plant, Back up Generators and Fence Walls. The buildings were built in reinforced concrete structures with pre-cast concrete cladding and incorporation of thermal insulation in the cavity walls and roof.
Doors and Windows with double glazing and safety joineries were installed while wood paneling, cladding and parquet flooring and other joinery works were with Iroko wood. The specifications of the design did call for an environmental friendly and energy efficient construction.
