A 40,000-seater soccer stadium built in time for the African Cup of Nations (CAN2008) Tournament on a design & build contract. The project scope included both the construction of new grandstands (28000 seats) and refurbishment of the existing grandstands (12,000 seats).
Within the stadium structure, purpose built facilities were constructed to cater for players, officials, media, VIP functions, corporate hospitality booths, retail and office units.
